Meet Rob –

Rob Betzel is a passionate entrepreneur, founding Infinity Network Solutions when he was 24 years old. During his journey with Infinity, Rob was introduced to the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®) and came to understand how to identify great people for the team, how to hire and successfully onboard employees, and how to engage them with clear vision and goals. After serving as Infinity’s CEO for over 19 years and leading the company to the Inc. 5000 fastest-growing companies list (3 times!), he sold the company and focused his energy on supporting the entrepreneurial community. He now operates Grit Consulting and helps entrepreneurs get what they want from their business as a Certified EOS Implementer® and Judgment Index Certified Consultant.
Mentoring Entrepreneurs
As a Middle Georgia native, Rob believes in supporting his hometown community by growing local businesses. He works primarily in Georgia but serves clients throughout the region and country.
Rob has been an influence in the entrepreneurial community since taking part in the founding of SparkMacon, the first makerspace in Middle Georgia, and more recently was a founding member of Macon Startup Week.
Rob has served on numerous community boards, including:

He is also an angel investor and part of Central Piedmont Investment Group, focused on Middle Georgia entrepreneurs. He is available for speaking engagements. Rob lives in Macon, Georgia, with his wife, Jessi, and their two daughters.
